Lokasi PT TOA PAINT INDONESIA PABRIK di Jl Kawasan Industri Millennium, Budi Mulya, Cikupa, Tangerang, Banten 15710,  32.000 Meter persegi dengan investasi 267 Miliar Rupiah. Pabrik akan sepenuhnya dibangun dan siap untuk diproduksi pada tahun 2018.
